Here’s my story:

“I had a great life - complete with a loving husband, two great kids, a beautiful home, a history of accomplishments, and plenty to keep me busy - but it felt like something was missing. I dreaded getting out of bed each morning - with an endless to-do list waiting for me.  I was so concerned with getting everything done, that I wasn’t able to really enjoy this time in my life.  Something needed to change.

It took several months of struggling before I would choose to say “yes” to myself.

And when I did? I took the time to:

  • get clear on what I wanted

  • learn how to prioritize what was most important

  • and establish ways to manage my time and energy (so I could bring joy and fun into every day).  

Yes - my life was stable and secure…  But, now?  My life is fulfilled, energized, joy-filled, and I’m living the life I’ve always wanted!”

Just imagine yourself saying:

  • I’m making time today for things - and people - that make my life meaningful.

  • I have the time - and energy - to do something for myself today.

  • I have a plan.  I know things will get done when they need to be done.  For now, I’m going to enjoy hanging out with people I love.

  • I value my health and energy enough that I know how to make the time to take care of myself - which means I have the energy and vitality to love life again!
